About Terri

I love quotes! Inspirational words have helped to guide me throughout my life. As I was walking down a street in San Francisco in the 70’s, I looked up and there it was… the proverbial sign in a window. It said, “Leap, and the Net will Appear” by John Burroughs. It became my life mission statement and I’ve been leaping ever since.

My gift has always been to inspire others to move toward authentic wholeness by promoting expansion of truth, vision, and belief in one’s self. Be it as a director in the theatre, a dance teacher, or a mentor counseling people through substance abuse. For the past 40 years I have been in the business of connecting, supporting, and encouraging students, artists, and spiritual seekers. It is thrilling to watch my clients step straight into their biggest dreams or ground themselves in meaningful purpose in order to create the best version of themselves and a wonder filled life.

Has the net never appeared? Sure, plenty of times. Some falls were into a totally different net and some of my crashes have been downright brutal. Yet with the price of each risk came great payoff: the more complete, self-actualized person I am today. It just takes the courage to change. If we want to live remarkable lives, we must walk past our fears and live with intention on a daily basis.

At EarthWind and Zen Life Design I’ve created a safe space dedicated to Inspired Living. Based in Southlake TX, I am a certified holistic life coach, writer, badass wisdom warrior, speaker, and graduate from Alan Cohen’s Holistic Foundation for Life Coaching. As I live my mission, it is my hope that my story will serve to inspire yours.
